Do you ship worldwide?

Sorry! Due to the highly perishable nature of our cookies, at this time we are unfortunately unable to support shipping to international locations other than Continental Spain and Continental Portugal. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once it ships it takes 1 business day to get to you, although we cannot guarantee when it will arrive as once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands.

 

I haven't received my order yet!

Occasionally though an order may be returned to us. If your package hasn't been delivered after the time listed above, please contact us here, we're very happy to help track this down. Either way, we'll ensure this gets into your hands as quickly as humanly possible.

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food). Therefore our cookies are not returnable.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange American Bites will exchange it for the same item, no substitutions. Contact us to handle the situation. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 36 hours of receiving the product here. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping and photo proof within that timeframe. All sales are final, except that we accept exchanges of damaged products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as your order has not shipped yet.
