Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food). Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we are not able to accept returns. If you find an issue with your order, please contact us and let us know what happened. We will do everything possible to make it right.

Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our Gift Cards.

 

Refunds

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible here with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Our refund policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We will let you know if you are eligible for a refund. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Not including shipping costs.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
