Once received, your order will be filled as quickly as possible. We will notify you as soon as possible of any possible delays. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

Once it ships it takes 1 business day to get to you, although we cannot guarantee when it will arrive as once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands.

In case you order a post-dated order it will ship the day before that date. If not, we will ship your order the same day, if placed by 10:00 GMT. If placed after 10:00 GMT we will ship your order the following shipping day.



We just ship to Continental Spain and Continental Portugal, from Tuesdays to Fridays (special deliveries on Saturdays available, contact us here for your request). 

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Occasionally though an order may be returned to us. If your package hasn't been delivered after the time listed above, please contact us here, we're very happy to help track this down. Either way, we'll ensure this gets into your hands as quickly as humanly possible.

If you've received a discount code, you will be prompted to enter it in AFTER you go through check out and BEFORE you finalize the amount paid.

The discount will be applied to the original purchase amount, which does not include taxes and shipping. Tax is calculated on the price AFTER the code is applied. Shipping is also added to the amount and must be paid.
