Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the Continental Spain and Continental Portugal. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide upon checkout.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. 

Deliveries are made from Tuesdays to Fridays (special deliveries on Saturdays available, contact us here for your request).

Delivery within 24-36 hours
If you place your order on a business day until 11:00 am, your order can be delivered the next day, between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm (if you selected to). Ordering on Friday for delivery on Saturday only apply under special request and extra-charge in Shipping).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 6 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
