Your satisfaction is important to us. Upon receipt, please check your product for damage that may have happened during shipping.

RETURNS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Book, ebooks, food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned, therefore we do not make returns. Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns. If you encountered an issue with your order, please contact us here, let us know what happened. If in our hands, we will do our best to solve the situation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange American Bites will exchange it for the same item, no substitutions. Contact us to handle the situation. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 36 hours of receiving the product here. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping and photo proof within that timeframe. All sales are final, except that we accept exchanges of damaged products.
